How is Age Calculated?

Age is calculated by counting the number of full years, months, and days between your date of birth and the target date. A year is complete only when the same calendar date has passed. For example, someone born on July 15, 2000, turns 25 on July 15, 2025.

Age in years represents how many complete years have passed since your birth. Age in total days is the raw count of every day that has elapsed. A 30-year-old has lived approximately 10,950 days (plus or minus a few based on leap years).

How do I calculate someone's age manually?
